  My son highly recommended this company to me to address my severe lack of water pressure and install an outdoor shut off valve. An appointment was scheduled for Adam to come out on Mon. Adam was a no show/no call. So, I called their office on Tues. and was told Adam had an emergency call and that he would send his tech. out on Tues. The tech. did come and installed an outdoor shut off valve. And, I was told that if the tech. could not fix my water pressure issue that he would call Adam and Adam would walk him through it. However, the tech. was unable to address my lack of water pressure. Later that day I again called Adam's office and we scheduled an appointment for Adam to come out on Thurs. Yet again, Adam was a no show/no call...nor did I receive a call from his office to let me know that he would not be coming.

  Had the worst clog in plumbing history! Adam Harward plumbing did an amazing job. This was no simple snake job. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Professional, down to earth, easy going workers. Cleaned after the job...no mess.
