  $987.00 for a garbage disposal replacement and a small sink drain stoppage? I don't know who you think you are charging an elderly family such an absorbent amount. I have worked for a plumbing company for some number of years now and never have I ever heard of charging so much. Our hourly rate is a little higher than yours but for that same job we would have charged no more that $550.00 to it is a disgrace to see people so horribly taken advantage of.
