  These guys are great. Both Mark and his son came out, making sure to communicate well beforehand. They were professional, honest, and efficient. Not only were they willing to solve the problem we called them about, but also helped with a couple of other issues they found while they were here. Such a huge help! They did what another local company couldn't (or wouldn't) do. We'll be calling them again, and recommending whenever possible. Very happy. Thanks, Active Rooter!!

  We called Active Rooter about a septic tank and a few concerns we had. The service was great, they were very thorough and even educated us on how things work and what to look for to avoid issues. They were very patient and professional and friendly. Mark is a really neat guy! Will gladly use Active Rooter again in the future!

  Mark and his son were great. They were responsive to my phone call and came quickly to our house. They were easy to work with. They unclogged our drain that was causing us significant issues in our basement. They even helped us out with information about our septic tank as we are new to those and how they work. He was open and honest and fair. They worked proficiently and professionally. He is a great guy and very down to earth. Both were very knowledgeable. We will definitely be utilizing them again whenever we have issues. Thanks so much!
