  We recently purchased an older house that had passed inspection in every category. Apparently they missed a few things. Much to our surprise we have now had to replace the furnace, had plumbing pipes moved around, outdoor pipes that were broken replaced, & indoor pipes replaced. We are a family of 7 with 5 younger kids, so this has been unbelievably hard to deal with. We have had 3 emergency issues where Bryon and or Jason and their team have done whatever they could to squeeze us into their already packed schedule. I cannot thank these guys enough for everything they have done and continue to do. They have checked in with us several times just to make sure things are working correctly and going well for us. I would highly recommend them for any heating, cooling, and or plumbing issues you might have. Thank you guys for all you do!!

  Jasen and Brian were amazing, the quality of the workmanship, coupled with their timeliness in completing our renovations could not have made us happier. The guys were all very knowledgeable, fair and just all around good people. They did such a great job on our past nightmare of a remodel that they were the only ones we trusted to do our new home. They explained things in detail but not in a condescending way, I would use them again if we ever move.

  Had a plumber from this company come to my home to do a very simple repair last week. He seemed terribly rushed and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. First glance everything looked good so he left and that was the end of it. Couple hours later I noticed my main shut off valve to my house rapidly leaking. I called back and they sent someone out the next day to tighten the packing nut. He left with the valve still leaking. I talked to both co-owners and neither wanted to take even am ounce of responsibility. I believe I was very respectful and patient during the whole situation and Jason was as helpful as he could be although the last thing he said to me was "my company and I don't feel responsible" I briefly chatted with Bryon trying to work something out to get it fixed and he ended the conversation insulting me and basically telling me I was on my own. Never did I ask for the repair be done for free simply asked for them to take some sort of responsibility and help me out. I tried to explain my discomfort that I was never informed that shutting off my water could lead the old valve to leak. Bottom line terrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone and I'm left with a leaking shut off valve
