  Water heater stopped working. Called Action at 8:30 in the morning on a Friday and said they could have someone out between 1:00-3:30. The other 3 plumbing companies I called said the earliest appointments they had were Sunday, Monday or even Tuesday. Luckily, Austin even showed up 30 mins earlier than I was told. He inspected my water heater and told me that unfortunately I would be needing a new one. He gave me a reasonable quote for the new water heater, said that they had one in stock and could be installed the same day. Unfortunately, not by our choice, we didn't have Action install the water heater due to our home owners insurance. Austin totally understood this decision and didn’t make me feel as though I had wasted his time. I wish that we would have been allowed to us Action, and will absolutely use them for all of our future plumbing needs!

  Extremely friendly and professional, Dave did a great job fixing our issue and educating me along the way. I had to reschedule a couple times for different circumstances, and Ken at the office was terrific and attentive in making sure we were able to get our problem addressed.

  Action has been my go to for plumbing and air conditioning since I've owned a house. The staff actually know what they are doing and are so friendly whenever we call in. recently our Heat went out and we didn't discover it until 8pm, Action came out THAT NIGHT and fixed it for us. Can't say enough nice things about these people. Thanks Action!
