  very knowledgable staff. they diagnosed a problem that other companies couldnt figure out for us, and did so at a very fair price. with the cost of materials and product shortages due to the pandemic, they still provide a great service at a great price and couldnt be more happy with their services. i own multiple businesses and the cost of goods and labor & employment taxes are always going up, I know very well that you pay for what you get, and these guys are now my go-to company plain and simple.

  Our AC went out on the weekend. Managed to get someone to come out on Monday. We were told they would be here at noon, but they were here already at 11. He explained what the issue was, and explained the process he went through to come to his conclusion. He was very nice and even gave me advice on some other questions I had. I wish I could give them more stars!

  Paid $150 and I still have clogged toilet, was told it would be $75 now they want $350 to use a camera, technician didn’t even try to snake sewage line. Technician was here 35min

  Hello Rick, I regret that we were unable to provide you with the solution you were looking for. We strive to provide consistent quality service, and wish you would have brought your concerns to us at the time of service so we could rectify them. Upon booking your appointment, we made clear that the $75 service call would not be total price of the repair. On arrival we found you had already pulled your own toilet, so we took the time to test and verify that there were no internal blockages inside the toilet. We also tested the drain line and found that water was draining properly. Then we reinstalled your toilet for you. We suggested a camera inspection to see if there was an obstruction in the line or a vent that could be causing your issue. Our total time on the job was almost 1.5 hours.
