  Cut pipe too short then forced my expensive spout on there. Then thought he could cover up what he did with silicone. Never came to fix it or look at it-, he just ignores people's calls or texts. Now telling lies to BBB-- STAY AWAY!!!

  First, we explained to you that the work you were having done in your residence was unpermitted by the original contractor that demoed your bathroom. Second, we changed out the diverter and reconnected all the pipes your original contractor cut. We installed your tub spout for you. You complained the pipe was too long. We cut it down at your request and siliconed it to verify it would not move from place. We explained to you not to touch the spout as you would cause it to leak if the silicone did not set. You allowed a setting of a tub after the tub spout was installed. Furthermore, you called us back 6 weeks later stating there was an issue. You could not verify if the original contractor damaged the tub spout when he set the tub. Lastly, if you would like a follow up appointment you should call the dispatcher to set up an appointment for a follow up, which you have not done. We would be glad to assist.
