  I purchased my home in March 2021 with the expectation that some plumbing work needed to be done but never did I expect that my basement would flood while taking my first shower. It was a humbling and terrifying experience. After getting no-showed by several plumbers, showering in my unfinished basement bathroom, and using plastic cutlery because my kitchen sink was not vented or draining, A friend gave me Elmer (EJ) number and it was the best thing that could’ve happened to me. The key points that made happy with My experience with Elmer and Brent were that 1) They were prompt, communicative, transparent and explained everything so that I understood 2) I felt safe with them in my home as they were friendly, kind and professional 3) pricing was clearly explained and priced fairly 4) They made sure I would not have to do any plumbing in the near future. They replaced 80 yr old water lines, faulty drum traps, old sewerage pipes, poorly connected drainage systems, two showers and even installed a carbon water filter. I have had several friends and contractors come in and confirm the work was correctly done and their pricing for the said work was fair. I will recommend EJ and Brent. They made sure I was well taken a Care of!
