Last year I had Acorn fix an outdoor pipe that froze after an early frost. They did a good job but the cost seamed a little high. This year I called them for some repairs needed to some pipes in our furnace room. I made an appointment for the following Friday at noon. The plumber shows up at 10:00 and of course I was not home. At noon I called and luckily he was still in the neighborhood. I was thinking he would do the repairs but he just wanted to give me an estimate. I showed him what I needed done and he said he would contact me with a quote. To date I have heard nothing. This is very disappointing. I know there are good companies out there that want my business.

The plumbers who came here to do a pressure test on my gas line quickly found leaks and went over possible solutions and gave their suggestions. It went very well and I am very happy with the professionalism of the technicians, however, at the end I was told it had to be paid in full that day which was no big deal just nice to know ahead of time. There was a small billing issue which was very easily fixed with a simple phone call. Very great service.
