  We have used Acme Reese for years. The last time they worked on our heating and replaced a part, his quote was $600 then billed us $1200. The bush was trimmed Saturday and because they ran the wire through the bush the wire was cut and no air for 2 nights in 100 degree weather. Totally unacceptable work. Because the bush had grown …one could not see the wire. Who does such shoddy work??? Acme Reese. See the wire in the pic.

  I have used this company for many years and have had outstanding service under the owner, Brian. The office staff has always been friendly and their technicians are efficient. I feel so far the charges have been reasonable. I believe with the current service for myself and my mother we are now going on over 25 years of customer service from Acme Reese. I would like to take the time to give them a thank you and a good review. I could not find another spot to leave a review so I wanted to add that I had to have service this past weekend, extremely hot and a infant involved and Charles came to the rescue with friendly, efficient service after a long hot day in the field of service. I would like to commend and thank you, Brian, for running an excellent top rated service every time.
