  Josh came to our condo to work on our tub and garbage disposal. He showed up early and did a great job with repairs. He was willing to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Josh and Acme Plumbing. Hope Barkurn

  GREAT experience Had a gas line leak on Saturday evening, left a message and got a return call within minutes. Nathan arrived at the house, surveyed the problem returned to his shop to get parts and came back and fixed problem by noon on a Sunday. Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Sent pictures of repair before leaving which was great since I'm in St. Louis. Called 3 other companies who didn't call back til Monday morning

  I called this company for a shower leak - 24 hour emergency service. They didn’t show on the first day. I guess I should be grateful that they finally called me that night and said we won’t actually make it today but we will be there in the morning? Of course They didn’t show up again the next day. After repeated calls they finally came out on the 3rd day, never called me, and then didn’t do any repair. The technician cut a hole in the ceiling and said there’s no leak.Uhmmm. The water was pouring through the ceiling. Still pours through the ceiling when you run the water. It’s leaking. My bucket full of water in the room below the shower kinda demonstrates that, don’t you think? Despite 5 phone calls to this company, the technician never called and nobody told me when he was coming to the house. I only know he was there because of the hole in the ceiling and the invoice left behind. No actual work or repair was done. Is it really that hard to call the owner? Despite promises they wouldn’t do anything without talking to me first? Now I have to call a real plumber to come out and do the work. Please... let’s not give companies like this our business.
