  We called Ace, came out to our residence in Porter, pumped tank, gave us far price (just over $200) ALL in under 1.5 hrs! + great service. So of course we recommend these folks. THX!

  We had a nightmare experience with another septic company where we waited 2 month with no install and gave Ace Septic a call. We were informed they would be out in a few days to get a septic tank installed. Our home builder was informed and Ace and our builder were in close contact to get a quote. Ace Septic sensed an urge of emergency to get the job done, therefore we were quoted $3,000 more than the going rate. Instead of helping us turn a horrible septic experience into a positive one with a new customer Ace Septic tried to take advantage of our situation.

  We called them the lady answering the phone was kind, caring and had a truck to us in 30 minutes. The drivers were professional and had us back to normal in 30 minutes. Thank you for caring and responding so quickly.
