  My AC got installed in August of 2021 and now it doesn't work because the technician did improper soldering job and all freon leaked out. I already paid 5K for a brand new AC and now I have to pay $600 to a different company to fix it because the phone listed here is a joke and doesn't work.

  I had called Ace Plumbing and Heating to install AC and replace my furnace a couple years ago and they were amazing! So when my main water line broke I knew who to call. Josh came out and repaired it and within a couple of hours I was back to doing the dishes and laundry. Amazing service. Will always recommend them!

  I used ACE in July and Taylor was awesome and helpful. I left a nice review to them on FB. I needed help with backed up sewer in August and left several messages asking for help. They didn’t ever return my calls. Used Easy Rooter and they were excellent. Took the off chance a week later that the broken pipe on my rental could get repaired and called them. They set up appt for 10:00 next day and no showed. I called and they said they should be able to get to it by afternoon. I called around 3:00 and left a message asking if they could at least let me know if they were coming so I could let my tenant know. No response. I left two more messages and one in morning next day. I called Easy Rooter and they are on the job as I write this. Also just got a call back just now from ACE saying she was sick and went home early. How hard is it to make a one minute call? She could have done that yesterday! Boo to ACE....Thanks to Easy Rooter!
