A MODERN "old time" hardware store. It is as if the staff feel that they cannot help you enough. Their pro-active customer service greatly enhanced the speed at which I finished my task. I did not have to search out an employee. They found me almost as soon as I walked in the door, hence the "old time" reference at the beginning of this review. The location was busy. A lot of people coming and going, yet I only waited 2-3 minutes in line to make my purchases at the cash register. Bravo Ace Hardware! This Ace Hardware is the epitomy of the adage -Ace Is Place With The Helpful Hardware Man- store!

Best customer service. It was so nice to walk into a business and be greeted by a helpful staff. They got me what I needed and out the door I went. I will drive out of my way to shop here.

Did not have a good experience here the last time I was in, asked for help and the sales representative was disinterested in helping find a solution. Staff is typically very welcoming so hopefully this was a one time time bad experience. Will have to think before shopping here again.
