I went into the ACE hardware store in Mount Vernon IN today. I asked one of the works to show me where to find the tv wall mounts he couldn't tell me he would not even look it up for me to see if they even had one. The kids there was NOT ANY HELP.

3 times I have went here to trade in craftsman tools and 3 times I am told that they can't trade them unless the manager is there.  Not sure when he is ever there.  Tried to get a key made here (twice) a few months ago but nobody knew how to use the key machine so couldnt get it made.    3 trips = still have same broken tools with lifetime warranty.  I like to support local businesses but going to have to pass on this one.

They greet you immediately.  Give you great service and have a well rounded inventory to choose from.

Nice little store very friendly ,I will go out of my way to shop here again! A popcorn machine would be nice  for customers !

Not a bad selection for as small as the store is...... And they have name brand products. Ooooh!! They have also added a little hunting/fishing section!!
