If you need material in a desperate way and their pricey!and the employees are some times helpfull and sometimes not so much. New update, was doing a plumbing job, needed a shut off valves.purchased. two installed one attempted to connect supply line to valve wouldn't thread on.i assumed I pick up the wrong type of shut off valve.went back to exchange valve.found out I had the right valve, but defective? Was told to buy a file and correct the threads on valve. I don't think that's the way your supposed to help a customer.plus a pricey valve you have to correct?
