  Had an issue with my septic pipe, and after a different company ghosted me, I called ACE. Josh arrived at my house within 2 hours and had the problem resolved in under an hour. Very satisfied! If I ever run into another problem, ACE will be my first call!

  Service was completed without issue at the time. Send us a bill a YEAR later for the first time with a threat on it that it will be taken to small claims court if unpaid. I’ve now left 6 voicemails over the past two and a half weeks at any numbers for this place I could find to try and pay the bill and can’t get anyone to call me back. It seems that whoever does their bookkeeping/monitors their voicemail should probably get the boot for their lack of organization and professionalism
