  I was able to contact Accutemp through a web request. a tech was on scene within an hour and quickly determined my problem. based on the age of my 25 yr old system they were able to explain my options on new units. they were very detailed and we were able to create the best system for replacement. They had financing available and I had the new unit installed the next day. I am very impressed and happy with my new A/C. I was never pressured and this was the best possible outcome I could have hoped for. I love that their thermostat can be controlled from my phone. After experiencing the Nest thermostat I was hesitant but this thermostat is very easy to navigate and my systems does what it's programmed to do rather then the thermostat try to figure out what is best.

  I called on a Friday morning and a technician arrived a couple of hours later. After looking at my system and based on the age and the cost of the repair I decided to look at a full-system replacement. I selected a system with improved efficiency and replaced the condenser unit, heat exchanger, furnace and duct work. A complete evaluation was done to ensure that system capacities would work properly. All-in-all a very professional service company.

  Customer service was amazing! Did an online inquiry and someone called me within 5 minutes to set up appointment. And I think it was Thanksgiving Day! Day of appointment- Customer service called to let me know the tech would be arriving within the hour and Tyler was right on time! Tyler was extremely courteous and professional and fixed the issue we were having with a dimmer switch in a timely fashion. Tyler explained what the issue was and how he went about fixing it. Highly recommend AccuTemp and Tyler!
