  As a new homeowner, I wanted to waste no time replacing the existing 10-year-old gas fired hot water heater. Accurate Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was referred to me by another contractor in the area. Sean came out to look at the job and to provide a quote. I was impressed with his knowledge as he answered my questions. Hope was very professional as she scheduled the installation. Today, Sean and Zach showed up as promised, removed the existing hot water heater and installed the new one. They were very respectful of my home as they covered the floors that were used in the removal and installation process. The work was completed in a workmanship-like manner, giving attention to detail. While they were here, and at my request, they also replaced the outdated supply lines to my washing machine with braided stainless-steel lines. I am happy to give Sean and Zach the highest rating as they've earned it!

  We had a sewage backup into our basement sink and found Accurate via Google search. After a pleasant phone call we got an appointment for early the next day. Steve came and had our drains draining again quickly after waiting for me to call the town to see if their municipals workers might clear it for free.

  Couldn't have been more happy with this selection, both Steve and Lance were knowledgeable, responsive, and professional with the service they provided. I had tried another plumbing company for a smaller job weeks before but it was a disaster. Two weeks later we had an emergency waterline break underground, I knew we needed a better plumbing company for this job so we called Accurate Plumbing. Best decision we could have made both Steve and Lance were excellent in their communication skills keeping us up to date on any changes. Very rare to see any owner onsite and actually finishing the job up, thanks Lance!
