  We tried to use Accurate Plumbing to repair or replace our tankless water heater, and I would never recommend them. We did not have enough hot water to shower for more than a month while working with them and we spent nearly $700 for them to try different repairs that did not work. I had to call multiple times to get status updates, they came to our home four different times, and we still couldn’t get hot water. I ultimately decided to go with a different company that was able to replace our tankless water heater same-day.

  Accurate Plumbing installed a new toilet for us today. We had never used them before, but I called them and made the appointment on the phone with Mike. It was super easy, he was very helpful, and they were able to come out without delay. John Jr was on time, very friendly, polite and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and did the job perfectly. Thank you again John! You get 10 gold stars in my book! Their rate was also very reasonable. I will be having several more plumbing jobs in the future and will be definitely be calling Accurate Plumbing to do them all. I will also recommending them to everyone I know who has plumbing needs. Accurate Plumbing is our new official plumber!! Yea!

  I was having difficulty scheduling a day with any plumber to come look at a leaky toilet (nonemergency) until I called Accurate Plumbing. I appreciated Mike finding a time on the busy schedule to send someone out for a relatively minor issue and John for the excellent work and feedback while he fixed the issue at my house. I'm really quite thankful for both the quality work and customer service Accurate Plumbing provided when I wasn't getting it elsewhere.
