  Stan came by to clear out my drains - he got right to work, and the pricing seemed reasonable to me for what he was going to do. I have a nearly 100 year home, and there's a bunch of weird quirks - turns out these drains are one of them. Stan checked the curb outlets and the drains, and told me that we should get a scan done because we both couldn't find where the water went to. He didn't charge me, and wasn't pushy about anything. He cleaned up after himself, and even made a helpful suggestion about our ant problems! I appreciate his honesty and courtesy

  The first plumber was not able to do the job and left. I met the second plumber (Vinnie) while he was working for another customer. He gave me free advice on how to do the job correctly, and when I called the order in did an excellent job despite the many setbacks he encountered. Thank you!

  They sent a plumber to my friend's house last week - he had many tattoos and was not very polite. The office quoted her one price and he changed the price when he was done with the job - in less than 30 minutes! We are Korean and I think he used that to get over on her - but anyway I will report this company to the Chamber of Commerce for bait and switch tactics - STEER CLEAR of this company.
