  We had the hot water line leaking under the house and going into our concrete. They were able rework the hot water line without having to bust up the concrete. They were so nice and kept the work area clean. They even wanted to vacuum afterwards but there really wasn't anything to vacuum up. The price was also reasonable and less than expected.

  I feel like they overcharged us when they fixed our busted pipe after the snow. They did around an hour of work and replaced about a foot of PVC pipe with one elbow included and charged us $450. And the employee that fixed it said the owner told him to charge $550 flat no matter what they did. I called to get an explanation of the charges and never received a return phone call from the owner even though I requested it and have yet to receive an itemized bill covering the parts and labor. Spoke with other plumbers and they agreed I was overcharged. Also, the lady who answered the phone said their hourly rate was around $120...so the labor and parts dont add up to what they charged. Would not recommend. Will NOT use them in the future.
