please save yourself time and money and do not use them. It has been three months and we are still seeing the after affects of the damage they have done here. I will try to make this as to the point as I can. It started as the septic backing up into our bathtubs so we thought there was a clogged line somewhere, absolute plumbing was great about coming right out to assess the problem. They ran a clean out, Got the water flowing and right there is where I will end my good praises of them….that was the younger guys that came out and did that when the older man which I’m assuming is the owner came to start work, that’s where everything went wrong. He went under the house and came back and said the whole thing needed re-plumbing. So we said OK. Long story short he went under the house cut all the pipes found out we needed a new septic system he had uncovered the top of it and we found out it was old and rotten. We were discussing a few options with my dad, that was here working on things what we needed to do maybe 15 minutes is all that took. Owner went back to front of the house where the septic work was, while my father and I were in the backyard he pulled the whole septic tank out of the ground. You need a license to do septic work which he did not have and that cost us more money to get The sludge cleaned out of the hole before the new tank could be placed. He made excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t come out to finish the plumbing under the house because that’s all we needed him to do, we had the outside work already taken care of. But he said he didn’t think they could take care of it in one day so he didn’t know what the rush was. Which they did finish in one day. He told me we flush the toilet in the house after the pipes had come undone so there was urine under the house and he couldn’t go under there until it was cleaned. Nobody flush the toilet it was just my husband and my teenager here the children and I had to stay at my parents for a month because we had no plumbing, it had to of just been a little run out of the pipes. So there was that issue. He had to unhook the vent pipe and readjust it when he cut all the piping under the house. (Anytime he came to work it was only for an hour or two and then he would have to leave again) they got the new vent pipe reset up in the attic, but now we are finding out that they did it to low so the sewer smell comes into my house Instead of out of the pipe so now we get to pay another fee to have that fixed. We ended up letting him go after a month of waiting to get the job done. And not being able to live in our home. The new plumbers that we hired were excellent got the job done in one day and said that he had cut every pipe underneath the house which was unnecessary because it only needed replumbed from one bathroom out. We asked for an itemized bill so we could see exactly what our charges were which took him two weeks to get to us. On the bill was things like $80 for discussing options with my father, $80 to reschedule another appointment so he can come to my house, $80 for dropping off the equipment at my house one day so he could use it the following day, $80 for ordering a part. Just stupid things that I have never heard of anybody charging for before in my life. Now after going through all the cold months this winter having a hard time keeping the house warm for the family and we’re in the hot months now and buying air units for the windows because it’s not cooling our house I noticed there was a lot of air coming out of the crawlspace. I had somebody come to look at that today and found out when they were cutting out all the plumbing they also unhooked every vent in my underneath my house except for two so everything coming out of the air unit was going under the house. So that was a 400 and some dollar electric bill every month that was unnecessary because of their incompetence. I understand and hooking the vents so they could crawl around down there but they didn’t hook them back up or tell me that they were unhooked. Very immature and unprofessional company

Jason and Zach were great and highly professional they fixed the sewer line drainage and toilet in less than 40 minutes. They were very polite and explained what needed to be done and why. I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing. Also very affordable considering others in the area.
