My shower valve broke when I closed it. Didn't know where my valve to close the water  was. I Google plumbers near me and Absolute Best Plumbing came up. I called them and they reassured  me that they were going to send my a tech right away since it was an emergency. Junior came up and close the meter immediately. Then he gave me and estimate to fix my shower. Told him to go ahead one hour later all was fix.  Glad that I made the call. Very happy with the results. Thanks.

Absolute Best Plumbing may be the best but their prices from my perspective are outrageous!  I was charged $215.00 for parts and labor to pull a faucet shower cartridge and insert a replacement.  Less than a half hour on site labor for which I was charged $115.00.  Although I have made three calls asking for an explanation I get nothing other than someone will call me.  I will not use them again.,

We purchased a house and about a week later the hot water heater stopped working. I found a invoice with 1 year guarantee from absolute best plumbing dates 5 months prior. I called them the woman who answered the phone was professional but not friendly. No problem with that, I was told the tech would call back shortly

Waited till the next day then called to see when could I expect that call. Put on hold and heard a few people talking in the background, then hung up on. Called back and got hung up on, tried a while later and hung up on again.

Found another plumber they are scheduled for the morning

Selected this company from Angie's List recommendation.  We needed a new sink plumbed (no garbage disposal) after being installed by a local cabinet firm.   The estimate was handed to my wife - as I was outside working. - and she signed it.  Our fault - no excuses.  However, after the work was done and payment made, I looked at the estimate and noticed that $ 142.00 of the $ 570.00 bill was for the labor to install the strainer.  Aside from the other outrageous prices - this was total BS, as there is no labor at all to set the strainer on the sink drain.  I called the owner to hear how he could rationalize this charge and was assured by the voice on the phone that the owner would call me back. Three calls and an email later, no response from the owner.  Legally they were on solid ground since we signed the estimate, but be warned - Absolute Best Plumbing will take advantage of you if they can and the owner doesn't even have the guts to answer the phone after screwing you.

You never know when you need plumbing services, but when you do, this is the place! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and they are always speaking honestly and explaining what the issue is. There is always a bad view of plumbing services but not them! Super trustworthy and definitely one you want to have to call in the future and refer!
