  Recently had ABS Plumbing do a re-pipe on front portion of my house. I could not be happier with the work, they were timely, pleasant and very informative through the whole process. They went out of their way to make the process as minimally invasive as possible, which made patching things back up much easier than I expected. Would definitely hire them again for future projects!

  ABS plumbing has serviced a co-op complex I manage in Pleasantville for over 10 years now.. Steve from ABS is knowledgeable .and willing to tackle any plumbing issues which arise here. Whether it is a leaking faucet or a major gas shutdown. I highly recommend ABS Plumbing.

  They show up for a job, charge me a ton of money for an emergency response (which was limited to just a diagnosis, and no repair work), they then tell me they need to go get a part and come back to finish the job. They never showed back up and never called me back.

  Service tech arrive at location and found 2nd floor bedroom toilet fill valve continuously running and toilet over flowing. Service tech shut supply valve to toilet and determined toilet had a blockage and fill valve fail to shut off causing toilet to overflow and flood bathroom and 1st floor below. Service tech cleared stoppage in toilet but left water supply valve to toilet off until parts could be replaced. Toilet was after market and parts were not available. Customer was charged $175 for emergency service within 30 minutes of call and $200 for stopping the water from flooding the whole house and clearing the toilet stoppage. He was told parts were not available and not charged for any repairs to the existing toilet.
