  They were actually my second call because my original phone call told me they’d have to call someone else. When I called above and beyond I got scheduled the same day and a guy named Wade came out. We talked over my issue and he gave me numerous options to choose because he know my financial situation. I was going to need a leak detection but I took it upon myself to try to avoid it so I found the leak spot and changed the work order a bit which he then came earlier and verified that’s where it was. Due to the geniuses that built this house, they made it as complicated as possible but wade and Hoyt tag teamed the 4 lines that fed where the issue is. To put it comply they saved me $350 by going the extra mile for me. It’s hard to find that type of ethics these days in the service industry but when you do you need to cherish those people. I will only use above and beyond moving forward and will recommend them to anyone I know! I couldn’t be more grateful for what they did and I hope someone refs this and considers them as well. Thank y’all so much!

  Tanner with Above and Beyond was a lifesaver!!! We had an emergency and he came out within minutes. He fixed the problem quickly and the cost was very reasonable. He was friendly, honest and professional. We are new to the Keller area and did not have any contacts for a plumber. I honestly just got online and googled a plumber and picked one without reading or researching anything and I am so lucky to have found him in that moment! I highly recommend him! Thank you again Tanner!!!!

  I want to give a huge endorsement to Above and Beyond Plumbing. I had an emergency plumbing issue tonight and Tanner was the only one who would answer and come out after hours. Tanner was on the way to an emergency call and couldn't come out so tried to talk me through a fix. Then he wound up being able to swing by on his way home and fixed the problem at 845 at night. He was kind, helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend Tanner for any plumbing needs!
