Tim was amazing and super knowledgeable.  He came during the scheduled time frame, detected the issue promptly and was able to solve my problem easily. The price seemed fair and the problem was solved quickly. Highly recommend! Will use for any future plumbing issues.

I have used Able Plumbing and also their leak detection services and have been very pleased. They were prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

I woke up to a flooded condo due to my old water heater. I called Able and from the first phone call to the installation itself they were nothing but helpful, friendly and did everything in their power to get it replaced as soon as possible. Tim was wonderful to deal with along with the office staff. I would recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

We recently purchased an old Farm home in Avon Indiana and have been using Cupp My Plumber to replumb the entire home. I feel like I was literally ripoff.  Whenever you hear the word service call just be careful.  When companies have a service call more than likely they just care about getting paid.  I called due to drop in water preassure in the entire home.  Tech comes out, I point to where the water is coming out of on the side of the house thru the concrete block.  I just need him to pinpoint under my slab where my leak is.  Well, first he says his equipment cant detect a leak thru the concrete...What in the world are you doing detecting leaks in Florida.  Then he said a leak is never a reason for a drop in preasure....that isba lie.  Then he said the leak I showed him was a pinhole leak...not sure why since water is powering off the wall.  They lowered my service call to 99.00, but I dont think this company is into the leak detection business...they just want the service call fee with some cheap good for nothing equipment.

We are very sorry to hear, Ms. Vicky Tolentino of Temple Terrace, that we did not live up to your expectation. We truly wish we could have, but after thoroughly listening to our RECORDED conversations with you, we may have been doomed to fail before we even made the appointment considering that we were the "7th" company to come out and fail to meet your expectations and/or deliver to you what you wanted to hear.

Our leak detection expert that came to your house is not a plumber, and has only performed  sonic and IR leak detection exclusively for 15 years. He does carry all of the latest sonic and IR equipment in his truck- but had no need to take it out after meeting you, hearing you speak, and then seeing your issues.

Since he did not need to do a full leak detection, he did not charge you the $250 you were quoted, he charged you 99.00 inspection he did perform and included a written report; that was not a "service call" as you describe.

Additionally, since our conversations were recorded, you may want to consider revising your review and removing at least the various untrue and defamatory statements you claim- as your review is not anonymous.

Furthermore, when you called to complain yesterday (Sunday & Halloween) you very rudely hung up on our service manager before she could inform you that your issue would be reviewed by an owner for full refund consideration- which is our company policy when any customers are unhappy. We do this because we are generally regarded as a 5 star company- quite literally contrary to your one review.

Below is the full written report for our LD technician, so readers of this review can determine for themselves who is truly being "ripped off" here, as we have 2.5 hours of paid labor with drive time plus a report for only $99.

“Upon arrival I went into the house and the homeowner began questioning me about reduced pressure throughout the entire house. She then took me outside to a plumbing repair on the side of the house off the hose bib. The plumbing repair itself was leaking and there was water coming out from between the concrete block. I explained to her that water pressure is normally not reduced by pinhole leak. And that the Volume coming into the house is so great that the pipe would have to be offset or disconnected to reduce the pressure. Her pressure problems are most likely from reduced interior size of the pipe because of the material and mineral buildup. The homeowner then decided to call the original plumber that did the repair back out here and did not want me to continue the leak inspection because she already knew that the water was leaking at the bottom of the block.” (Note: we observed multiple leaks and advised that only one leak can be located at a time- meaning that she needs to fix the other 5 or six known leaks first- which is why full leak detection services were not done or recommended)

We like the services provided by Able Plumbing. The installation of the new water heater went as smooth as the services that we were provided before. Marvin (the technician) has already worked twice in our condo for different reasons, he's very clean in his service, polite and very professional.
In regards to pricing, it was a little pricey considering that it was a non-emergency service, but the quality of the service in general offsets the cheaper competitors.
We recommend Able Plumbing to anyone in our area.

Lisa was very helpful even on a weekend and my plumber again was awesome! Very friendly and nice and he had my toilet fixed crazy fast!!!! This is my second time with them and I definitely would go to them again!

Service is always prompt and professional at reasonable rates. My tech took the extra time to use three different roto-tools on my drain to be sure the clog was completely gone. He further showed me that we had some grease buildup and recommended a product we could buy anywhere to help keep the grease out of the pipes.
Our water heater installation was quick and the tech installed the proper shut-offs and accessories that were required by code that the previous plumber didn't.
Able got us a great, water efficient 1.28 gallon toilet that's quiet but powerful. They also showed me how the shut off wasn't working properly which would be a problem down the road and gave me options on new ones. Just great service!
I'm in the construction industry and I recommend Able Plumbing to everyone - friends, clients, you name it. Every one of them calls me back to tell me how much they loved the service and how fair the pricing was given the quality of work. Now they recommend Able too.
