  There is no supplier in Aberdeen for my brand of furnace, but Quentin and Jerome worked hard to find the part I needed quickly. SO grateful to them for their knowledge and service.

  They replaced my furnace in January. Told me they would be out in the spring to put the coil in the new furnace so the AC would work. I have called them more than 10 times, probably closer to 20. Spoke with Quentin once. He said they were having troubles getting the parts. Said they had to get them from Sioux Falls. They still haven't returned my phone calls. I had to get someone else to fix the AC. They had no problem getting the part locally. I was lied to, and left hanging.

  Quentin and his team are the consummate professionals. Had my AC unit conk out right at the first of this June when it was in the mid 90's for a few days ---- Quentin called me right back, met with me right away, assessed my HVAC situation, and got things rolling. They take great care in all phases of installation and cleanup. Aberdak is the way to go --- quality service, excellent communication, and fair pricing. 5 stars from me.
