I got charged $500 to unblock a toilet. The technician was in his van for 30 minutes - he was not sure it was fixed when he left. The $93 coupon was not accepted because he had to clean out the pipe by the sewer vent. The tech was courteous but clearly uncomfortable in the HUGE price he had to charge me. I definitely do not recommend this company due to rip off prices

Some plumbers were scheduling a week out. ABC came within one hour! They tackled a very difficult shower valve removal. Replaced valve and it works perfectly. Great job.

ABC installed a new water heater a couple years ago. When we opened the house this season we notice a bad smell with the hot water. When I called ABC wanting to know if water heater was under warranty . I was informed I would need a service call to determine that ($49). Their customer service person lacked professionalism. Only wanted to Sell a service call. I asked to have the manger call me. That was three days ago and no response
