  The two plumbers that came out to my house both times were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The second time they came out to do a repair on my hot water heater, they got distracted with questions I had on my water filters and forgot to turn the water back on when they left. I was able to speak with Kelly in the office who walked me through turning the main back on and gave me a reasonable discount for the trouble. One area of concern I have is that I received a call at work regarding the first visit from what sounded like a plumber trying to do collection. Luckily, I had my bank records and could point to confirmation numbers, times and amounts on my credit card statement. Make sure to keep your records as it appears this shop suffers from its size..

  Arrived in time both visits. Thorough explanation of the process for my Home Warranty and the things that MIGHT have been an additional cost to me. (Turns out it wasn't but was nice to know that there COULD be more $$ due) Very good experience overall!!

  I was assigned Aaron's from my home warranty company and, after reading the comments, I was hesitant. It seemed like all their ratings were either 5 or 1! I entered my service request in the evening and had a phone call from a scheduler before 7:30a the next morning. They were there by 9am and completed the repair within the day. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 is because I felt they did not clean up after themselves as well as other companies I have used or use boot-booties as they were coming in and out through the snow. They did pick up the large pieces of concrete that they had to break up to get to our pipes but left a significant amount of other debris behind. I had to sweep the floor after they left to pick up pipe shavings and all the dust /small pieces from the concrete work they did. Other than that, I was very satisfied with their work and quick response. I would be happy to use them again for future needs.
