  Had little water pressure coming into house. Made an appointment for Thursday, they never called or showed up. When I called them an hour after they were supposed to be there they said they called and no one answered so they moved on.. my phone never rang or had a missed call, have two witnesses. They wanted to schedule me friday,Friday, no one was going to be home so we rescheduled for Monday. Friday I get two calls, one saying if I called them back in 10 minutes they could fit me in, and another asking what day was my appointment because they put me down twice and couldn't remember which one was right. They come on Monday spend half hour and told me they can't fix the problem, I need a new pump in the well and my bladder in my pressure take is bad. Charged me $200. To tell me they can't do the job. Lied and said they were at my house for an hour and a half. The business is 9 miles away. have a galvanized tank not a bladder and my pump works fine. The pressure tank was water logged. Took a half hour to fix and I have water. I did it myself with help from you tube.

  We have used AAR Plumbing many times since moving to West Bend. The staff is very polite and ingormative. They have always been on time and budget to do a great job, even for emergency call. Would definitely use them again.

  Our kitchen sink drain was completely clogged, but AAR was able to come the same day and took care of it in a matter of hours even though it was a difficult clog. Nick and Ian were friendly and efficient. I will definitely be using AAR for any future plumbing needs.
