  Repair person was there within 2 hours of my call. Identified underground leak and repaired it quickly. Charge for repair was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

  My only problem with this company is tardiness. It took three hours to get to our house after saying it would take him only 1.5 hours. This was a Saturday and we were happy to have a 24-hour company come out. But we waited all day to get the issue fixed. He didn't have have all his tools, but he did come back with them and got the problem fixed. He did a good job fixing the issue. Company just needs to work on giving a better estimated time of arrival.

  Was never on time. Kept leaving the to go to other jobs, leaving the person working without tools, broke the tip off our water meter. Said he would come back to fix something and never did. I do not recommend these people. Said he would give me a receipt and never did. Waste of time and money
