  Ken, the owner, is someone who preys on those in need of HVAC/AC services. Yet he addressed himself as a good honest person. I was out of town and requested a quote from him on my ac unit. He said it would be $89 to do the estimate, which would explain what was wrong with the unit. I agreed to the pay the fee. Within an hour of doing the work, Ken called me back and said he needed $70 more to check the compressor, which he thought was already bad. He stated that it was hard to get to but that I needed to rule it out as a possible problem. I paid the $70 and within 10mins he called me back and said, "just like it thought your compressor is no good". I then questioned the fraudulent charge of $70 and realized that $89 should have included the compressor, since it was part of the unit. On top of that, it took him less than 10 mins to, so call "check it out". He not only charged me the $89, plus $70 but then added taxes for his labor. What a rip off. I later called him back and asked to have the $70 refunded or I will seek legal action. He then told me to do what I have to do because he runs that town and everyone knows him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY....HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

  Ken has installed and maintained both our business and home HVAC systems. Last summer our AC went out and he came right away to diagnose, ordered the parts and came back when the parts arrived to repair our Heat pump. Ken is very knowledgeable and does things the right way. Highly recommend.

  Ken Reitzel at AAC Services replaced our upstairs heat pump. He spent hours in the very hot attic space to get the job done. He is very knowledgeable and gave us several options. I would gladly recommend Ken to my friends.
