  Had a pipe burst outside after it froze. I was able to get a hold of them and we were lucky they could make it out the next day! They were able to get our water going again. Very professional, very friendly, and very fair on the price! Thank you very much gentlemen!

  Called Tuesday during the snowmegedon and was told he was booked until the following Tuesday, so I scheduled for the following Tuesday. Reached out Monday to ensure he was still coming out and was told he would be coming in the afternoon on Tuesday, 1500 rolls around on Tuesday with no call so I went ahead and called to be told he could come out Wednesday. Found another plumber to come out within the hour to get us up and running. Truly unprofessional.

  We were dealing with 100s of leaks and we were doing all we could to help as many people as possible. I'm sorry for the inconveniences caused. This was no normal situation as you know.

  Called out to my house because of a terrible water leak dripping down from my ceiling. When I called, Kenneth was very nice and straightforward, got over to my house within the hour! One of the best plumbing companies I've used.
