  I called for a routine tank pumping on a Monday and they got to me on Wednesday which worked best for my schedule. The technician ( Doug D on the invoice) was quite professional and friendly. He explained the process and let me watch. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the operation. Seeing the work involved with the process, I feel it was money well spent. This experience as with many household contractors, is dependent on you as the homeowner doing your work before and being prepared. You can’t expect a trained technician to dig your tank out and find it for no charge. Either dig it out yourself or pay untrained labor prior to their arrival to save that cost and headache.

  One worker came by himself to remove a concrete slab 4x6 ft by himself to empty the tank out. He had to go pickup a second worker to help him lift the lid. They broke my lid putting it back in place. Charged me $600 and did not offer to replace the broken lid and charged me $125 extra because the job required a second person to lift the lid. I will never refer or recommend these people to anyone. They left me in a huge mess. I am considering contacting my attorney to sue them.

  Toilets blew over and no one would come to fix them. Its been three weeks. The people who work at AAA acted like we lied when we called and told them how long the toilets where laid over. They really are a useless company. We have video on our security cameras providing proof they were not serviced. Still the people insisted we lied. Rude and very unprofessional.
