  The place was clean and friendly atmosphere. I went there to arrange for a John to put out front, while my sewage line being repair. They delivered ahead schedule and once done they came to clean which they did and delivery it to another costumer. So it was a win win for me and the next customer. Oh that John hand sanitizer they had only few ready for us customer.

  Dana and his guys were professional , kind, caring, and funny and made my worries go away. They made sure my septic tank was fixed and in good condition for the sell of my home. The girls in the office were so nice and kind, and very responsive. Thank you Shelton AAA Septic for making my worries go away. Great company, highly recommend.

  Our septic alarm started to go off in the morning so we scheduled a call with AAA based on referral from a neighbor. Being new to semi-rural living, we had no idea what was wrong and dreaded the worst ... especially the potential cost. Becky, from front office, was friendly and helpful as can be. Jeremy, from AAA, turned up and was an absolute legend. Turns out it was a really simple fix. He took the time to explain what was going on & how to carry out simple maintenance to save money in the future. He was so honest & helpful that we are going to sign up for an annual maintenance plan ... hopefully we'll get Jeremy every time. Do yourself a favor & save time & effort. Our local Shelton AAA is the place to go. Thank you team ... you're AWESOME !!
