I needed to have my septic lines put in as someone had taken them out and not replaced then at some point. Brad came out and seemed really genuine that we had been put in this situation as new homeowners and promised to take care of us. He eventually sent someone else (his dad) to my house a few weeks later without telling me first, they did the work then told me an inspector would have to check it out before they could seal my tank and cover the lines, and then they ghosted me. I have been trying to reach them since Sept. And I have been left with a huge, smelly hole in my backyard. I have called the inspector myself now and I hope that at least the work they did passes and we won't have to start all over.

Brad Ashford, owner of AAA+ Septic Plumbing & Repair was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave excellent service. He showed up on time, and performed quality, professional service. He even came out on Sunday, without charging us "emergency", or higher "weekend rates". We would rate AAA+ as a 5 Star organization, and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Brad!!!

We Made and appointment a day in advance and they would text when they were on the way. I took off work to be home when they arrived to service our tank. Received a text at 7am saying they were on the way. They had to go pickup up tools in another town first then would be headed to our place. 10:15 rolls around and they still had not arrived. Called them and We were then told they would be here at 3. After they still hadn't shown at 3:15 we made another phone call and were then told that they'd been busy all day helping the mayor and would not be able to make it out til the next morning. They never bothered to let us know that they were busy and not actually on the way. A simple phone call as early as possible would have allowed us to call someone else who may have been able to come out and take care of our issue. Instead we're left another night without being able to run water and I missed out on a days pay. He was more worried about his image and not making a bad name for himself with the mayor than his business with his customers. Understand things come up, you get busy doing other jobs, etc. but your customers are obligations and I'm sure the mayor would understand you have a business to run. Needless to say we are having a different company take care of our needs and receive our money.
