Office staff was very friendly and informative. They explained the process step by step. I was told to expect a text message of arrival time which I did receive and technician was actually early. Technician introduced himself and was very professional and understanding. Brian explained what he was doing and why and what I should expect as a result. Brian wore a face mask for protection and had covers for his boots. Once Brian discovered the problem, he let me know what the issue was and my options to correct the issue. Brian also took the time to talk with me about future maintenance and options to keep my heating system running smooth. It was a great experience at a value price. Thank you Brian for your work!!!

AAA Northgate contacted us first thing Monday morning after we left them a weekend message about furnace maintenance. The communications were great so I knew when and who to expect service, including a picture of the tech (awesome safety and customer service detail). Pat was professional, personable, and explained what/why/how he was maintaining the furnace to function at its best. I felt comfortable and confident that the issue was resolved, and now we have better knowledge to keep our home warm in the winter. Thank you!!

I can't say enough nice things about Pat M. I am 83 and live alone. When my furnace went out on one of the coldest nights of the year, I was frantic. Next morning I called AAA Northgate and they had someone out that afternoon. It was Pat. He was so nice and polite! Even though he had to order a part and couldn't fix it til the next day, he went back to the shop and brought me 2 space heaters to get me through the night. Next day he was back with the part and fixed my furnace in no time. He did an excellent job while treating me with dignity and respect, I am so grateful to him. I highly recommend Pat and AAA Northgate!!!
