  Caesar was great, on time, efficient and personable. He let me know the cost of everything up front and explained everything that he was doing. As a female I really appreciated that he never talked down to me like I’ve had other service people do in the past. He also gave me good tips on maintaining our AC system for the future. Fingers crossed we don’t have to use them again any time soon but we’d absolutely do business with AA Rapid again when we need to service our AC.

  Second time using this company, first time was to repair my water heater in my house. This time was to repair my heating system in my rental property. Again the tech quickly located the problem with the thermostat. They replace the thermostat and my tenant had heat again. This company always comes fast and quickly repairs the issues.

  The main sewer was clogged up and we called AA Rapid. They showed up right away and took care of the messy job. Thank you Cesar for your professionalism and humor. We will definitely work with them again.
