  I’m out in the Lone Oak area and after another water well company left me hanging in the middle of my house being built Shane, the owner, came through and squeezed me in on an already tight schedule they started as promised drilled me a 520ft well and we had a few hiccups during the whole process but honestly the customer service from Chris is impeccable that it didn’t even bother me, he is the MOST/BEST supervisor or manager I have EVER communicated with with any project. He is very well informed, keeps you updated without you having to ask, has a No BS attitude, and implicates a hard work ethic never once doubted that A1 was pushing to get my well done and to get me the BEST possible water output and water quality. Also talked to a Tech named Tanner and he knew his stuff as well, all very polite, professional, and answered any and all questions I had through the entire process and even some I had after it was done! So they won’t just leave you hanging after thy get paid either. Great company with a lot of morale and ethics have 0 complaints if you need a well drilled these guys are the real deal 100% legit no regrets! As long as Shane and Chris are around they have my business for good very few places operate the way do all the positive reviews are there for a reason, A1 deserves the hype

  If I could give 10 stars, i would! Where should I begin? Mr. Shane, Mr. Chris and his professional crew did a fantastic job in helping us get our water well. Our experience: 1. From our initial inquiries over the phone, they took the time to understand our project and then provided us a comprehensive plan that would best suit our current and future water requirements. 2. They took the time to answer our many questions through text or voice phone call. 3. Despite being over an hour away, they came out bright and early and did a thorough site assessment. 4. Their crew was punctual, polite and very professional everytime they came. They provided regular updates on their progress. 5. They even reduced our well price for $800 because they did not need to go as deep as they initially estimated to hit good, clean water. 6. Well components and devices installed were of the highest quality. We give them our highest recommendations, definitely an “A1”, to anyone needing a water well on their property.

  The whole team from initial phone call till delayed finish on our part was awesome to work with...we had several hurdles to tackle and they didn't hesitate to help us reach our goal. Thank you A1 for you effort, service and product thus far 👍🏽! Update..... A year in... I've had one hiccup during the snow apocalypse (electronic adjustment per my usage) and they helped me fix it over the phone 5 minutes....can't say enough about the service from A1!
