  Called for a water leak early am and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out in the afternoon to fix our leak. Technician called me and was able to come out within an hour of our first call. George, our technician, was one of the most kindest people I've dealt with in a long time. He kept in contact with me by phone if I was not available and kept me informed along the way. He was very courteous when coming into my home. Because of George's fabulous customer service I will definitely use A1 for future repairs. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need!

  Johnny and Jordan come to our house with in 20 minutes after we initially called. They were so kind and courteous and empathetic to our situation. With in 30minutes the pipe leak was fixed. I was so worried we were going to spend a fortune on this pipe repair. Their expertise, honesty and 5 star superior customer service was a true blessing. I will always cal A-1 Tri County plumbing for all of my plumbing repairs. These guys are amazing!

  Poor customer service. They were hours late to our appointment and didn’t bother to call me or inform me they would be late. I felt like I wasn’t important and they didn’t care. I would never recommend this company.
