  Arrived very soon after call. Prompt, professional and very knowledgeable, unlike the first company contacted who did not fix the problem and goofed around the entire time. These guys found the problem quickly, explained the issue and got me up and running again after dealing with issues for far too long thinking they were unfixable due to a bad experience with said different company. Very grateful and highly recommended!

  A1 Sewer & Drain Cleaning was the ONLY plumber (out of 6 called) that answered their phone on a Saturday morning when I had an emergency. A1 arrived within two and a half hours and had the clog cleared in minutes. A1 explained that very few companies have weekend call-outs anymore because lots of people post negative reviews over the cost of weekend service. These service people have to make a living, too, and they should get paid a premium for coming out on weekends, nights, and holidays when they could be spending time with their families. Don't YOU get paid overtime when you have to work outside of your normal work week? For all of you selfish people who insist on posting negative reviews because you don't like paying a weekend or holiday service rate, I hope the next time you have a clog on a Friday night, you are prepared to suffer with non-functional toilets until Monday; because you put everyone out of business with your stingy attitude. Get yourself an emergency fund!
