  I had an emergency, my sump pump had failed and there was over a foot of water in my basement and touching my furnace, fried blower motor thought my house was on fire. Called Donald Preston, he came within an hour or so. This dude waded through freezing water and went WAY WAY out of his way to help me with my problem. After two trips to lowes (Faulty sump pump) don’t by from lowes we got it fixed. He went with me to Lowes to find right adapter and next morning he met me at Home Depot In Seymour to get a good pump. Extremely CHEAP hourly fee!!! He was here for total of about 7 hours due to our Lowes ordeal and pumping out over 100 gallons of water. He lended me is sump pump over night. Total was $300 for all of this!! And that was me being generous and giving him 75 extra! If you are older or simply don’t like messing with this stuff anymore call this guy.
