  Art Zampounis is an awful plumber. After he flooded my basement he then took my check and I was stuck with claiming all the water damages his poor work resulted in not to mention I had to meet my deductible because he left town. My suggestion is to not ever use him as if you want it done right.

  I came downstairs to a flood through my dining room light fixture on Saturday morning. After trying and failing to reach several different plumbers, Art was recommended to me by a friend. Art was totally awesome, he immediately picked up when I called and came right out even though it was the weekend. He got me temporarily dried out until he could come back and do a more permanent fix a couple days later. His prices are reasonable, and he does great work! Thanks so much for all your help, Art!

  A 1 Pro Plumbing is the worst company I have dealt with. They were hired to correct a water leak located to my exterior water line. After days of trying to follow up with them on a start date and finally getting the job done my basement flooded the following day. Of course they were paid in full upon completion of the work. then did not pay for the damages that resulted. Instead he avoided my phone calls and my insurance company and left me without a basement for months while under construction and money lost. Please avoid them at all cost!
