  A guy named Tony from this place won't return my phone calls after installing our water heater. Paid a LOT of money for this, and the water gets cold after literally 1 minute of use. Update: Had BOSS SERVICES come and look at it, turns out Tony turned on the power too soon and the bottom heating element doesn't work AT ALL, so that would explain it. Is going to cost me $200 to fix that now on top paying for the new water heater. Do not go to this company, what a joke. I highly recommend Boss services though!

  By far the worst in service.. They picked up our water heater from lows and brought it to our house. Was supposed to hook it up...and then the 5 mins the guy had to we at for me to move the dryer out of the way so we didn't git charged 100$ for him to move it...while I was doing that he leaves and heads back to the office with our hot water heater...and would not bring it back...now we are having to wait on them to return it to lows so we can git a full refund on it...it was just a huge mess A-1 could have prevented...never again will we ever consider this BS excuse of a company!!!!!
