  I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I am closing on my home in a few days and was scrambling to find some help as my hot water heater had just failed. The technician from this company did come out to my residence in a timely manner but the visit felt rushed and focused on making the big sale of installing a new appliance instead of trying to help repair my problem and save me some money at a time I really needed to. Service fee for this quick visit was very expensive and I feel devoid of fairness.

  Really disappointed with the service we received. The assistant plumber spent about 10 hours installing the washer/ dryer water line, unclogging a drain in the kitchen, hooking up the water line to the refrigerator, and repairing a bathroom faucet. I returned to find there was no hot water in the kitchen sink, the drain was still clogged, the water did not work in the refrigerator and the bathroom sink still leaked. I asked the plumber to return to rectify the issues. He charged me for a return call even though he did not "complete" the original job properly. He spoke to me very unprofessionally and basically did not accept responsibility. He complained that the job was too far, but he accepted the original job. I understand he is young (25) and plumbers are hard to find, but that is no way to treat a customer. Would not recommend.
