  Don't NEVER EVER GO HERE. How do you sell me a furnace, and hot water tank that didn't even work. And then when I bring it back it take you a WHOLE week to fix it. You call me and say its finally ready and when i get there its worse than the first time. So they say they need 2 more days to fix it, finally the last day they forget the furnace doors... Smh

  Well, I was referred to them by someone who had a great experience and so I had no reason to check out their reviews in August 2021. But here I am changing my 4 stars to 1. I see that I am not alone, unfortunately. I did tip as is my style, especially, if I make a mistake in scheduling or something which I did and they accommodated me.... which THEY did. But it took a month (8/2 thru 8/21) before I realized that they were not going to honor their 6 month Warranty/30 Day Coverage of Parts and Labor promise or anything. But, the repair did not last a week. DTE came out and said Mr. Ray Campbell, Owner who sent his "best plumber" Brandon Parnell bust my Honeywell control Guage by trying to override the system instead of replacing the rusted out hotwater tank altogther costing me an unnecessary $250.00.
