  All of the A1 team have been amazing to work with after my furnace and air conditioner were destroyed in a flood. Brad and Barbie Welker and their assistant Tonya are excellent at their jobs and great People and are professionals at customer service. Austin and the rest of the team took such good care of us. Would hire them again and again. So happy with the results!

  We had Austin from A1 Heating and Cooling up to repair/replace the corroded flue pipes,excellent work,professionally done and completed,Austin was extremely professional,friendly and had a great attitude. This is the second time we’ve had him here for service. We couldn’t be more pleased with A1 and Austin. They are from now on our go to for service.

  Did our wiring wrong when they worked on our furnace earlier in the year. Cost me $100 to have Dor-Mar troubleshoot and fix the issue A1 created. Called A1 and they weren't willing to reimburse, credit us, or do anything else. Poor customer service, will think twice before using for service or purchasing anything from them again. I know A1 worked on our furnace last (and the only ones to ever work on it) and in there responded they lied and said I didn't know who worked on it last. We bought the furnace from them and parts were still under warranty and that was the only reason I was still calling them. I didn't call A1 about this issue because on my end our AC wouldn't turn on and furnace fan wouldn't turn off. If I was a technician and knew it was from the wiring, of coarse I would have called them first to make it right, but I was thinking it was an AC issue as the heat came on and off fine and we didn't know the fan didn't turn off until we noticed the AC didn't work.
