  My first experience ever hiring a handyman/contractor and it was a horrible experience hiring these guys. We hired them to do a bathroom remodel and they just didn't have the know how or work ethic to do a good job. They tried to put our shower/tub surround in without a vapor barrier! Also they couldn't be bothered to show up for work. A full bathroom remodel shouldn't take more than a week but they barely ever showed up! I had to pester them to ever get them to show up. After a month of no-shows and shoddy work I just stopped pestering them and they never came back. Just to be clear I didn't fire them, they just stopped showing up. Their tools are still at my house lol. Look at their reviews closely! They haven't had a review in over 2 years and 2 of their good reviews came from the person who created their website. Just do yourself a favor and find someone else!

  this guy is lying he just didn’t want to pay me he was never home made numerous trips to his house and he wasn’t home i washed my hands from this he still owes me $3000.00

  I was building the stairs for my front porch and got completely stuck on building the risers. I said; I needed a handyman and found A-1 Handyman Plus LLC online. I needed someone in a pinch and when I called it was Saturday and told Jim what I needed help with. Jim gave me a general Quote and I asked him how soon could he help me. He surprised me when he said he would be over in about 15 minutes! Now that's service! When Jim arrived he got right to business and I felt well assured Jim knew what he was doing. He completed a very tricky and daunting task in good time and I was very pleased. Not only did he complete that job; I mentioned that I had a single tile on my floor that was broken and he gave me a quote and then fixed that too! Yes, I highly recommend Jim! He gave me such reasonable prices to fix things that I already told him I have a few more jobs I would like him to do.

  One week ago we had some work done at our house in Birch Bay. Ron and Scott and Greg were fast and efficient and fixed our multitude of problems so fast that I wish we had more work for them to do. These guys do outstanding work!! They are professional, friendly and clean up afterwords. I will use them again and I highly recommend them for any repair problem you may have.
