  A Z Plumbing was knowledgeable and friendly, they installed the water heater in about an hour and I recommend them for your plumbing needs, thank you A Z Plumbing.

  Tried to use them through Homeserve. They never showed up. Called multiple times and was told they’d “be there tomorrow”. This went on for weeks until we just used another network contractor. Useless office staff. Useless manager- I was told many times that “the manager had my paperwork and would submit it” whatever that means.

  Company selected by pipe coverage to come out and on Tuesday and was told to hear something back on Wednesday. That day came and went, started calling on Thursday to even see if it was covered. Here is Friday on a holiday weekend, they still have not submitted anything and come to find out from my coverage that A to Z plumbing knew the whole time it was not covered. Now my whole family has no hot water for at least another week. I’m just happy that A to Z will not be coming back into my house and suggest you save the trouble and call someone else. Anyone else will be better than this trash service they give.
